1. What this technology does
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Local storage and similar technologies can remember a session, preference or security state. Some are essential to a service; others, such as optional analytics or advertising technology, require a separate assessment and may require consent.
2. Public marketing website
The public elysiumbookings.com marketing website is designed to work without non-essential advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources and the public routes people use. It is first-party analytics and does not set cookies.
Analytics URLs are filtered so only campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign are retained. Do not put names, email addresses or other personal information in campaign links. Hosting and security providers may also process short-lived technical logs or essential request information to deliver and protect the pages.
If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, this policy and the website choice mechanism will be updated before they are enabled for visitors who must consent.
3. Business enquiry form
The business enquiry form is delivered through Formspree when you choose to submit it. Formspree may use essential security technology to deliver the form and prevent abuse. You can email us instead if you prefer not to use the form.
4. Authenticated web workspaces
The Elysium client and business web workspaces use essential browser storage for authentication, session continuity, security, selected interface preferences and actions you request. Blocking or clearing essential storage can sign you out or prevent protected features from working.
Payment providers and a business's optional connected services may use their own essential technology when their features are opened. Their policies apply to their independent technology.
5. Server-side advertising measurement
A business may enable Meta Conversions API for activity on its web booking journey. This is a server-to-server connection rather than a cookie placed by this marketing website. It is described in the Privacy Policy because it can involve personal information even when no advertising cookie is stored in the browser. Native app activity is currently excluded from this connection.
6. Your controls
You can use browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Essential features may stop working if essential storage is blocked. Marketing email and SMS choices are controlled separately through the relevant consent or unsubscribe route.
