Account deletion

You stay in control of your account.

Export what you need, then remove a client account or schedule a business closure.

Client accounts

Open account or profile settings in Elysium.
Choose the account deletion option.
Review what will be removed and request an export first if needed.
Confirm deletion using the security step shown in the app.

Client identity and account access will be removed. Genuine reviews may remain, but the reviewer name and direct account association should be removed or anonymised.

Business accounts

Sign in as the business owner.
Open business settings and choose Close business.
Review or download the available business data export.
Enter the current password and business name, then confirm.

Closure is scheduled for 30 days and is recoverable during that period. When it completes, business and staff access, bookings and public availability are removed, subject to records we must retain by law.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@builtby2.co.uk from the address on the account. Tell us whether this is a client account or business closure request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.
